The other accounts in my file process as they should just fine. The problem at this time is that the small window is NOT BEING SHOWN and therefore the account can not be properly balanced!!! Where is that window in the sequence? I have been able to determine that this problem is showing up in only 2 of the 15 accounts that I have in place at this time. BUT - in order to make any progress in the second window and subsequently in the overall balancing of the period of time in question, that small window mentioned at the beginning of the sequence is absolutely required. Most of the operational action takes place in this window. Once this is accepted, the next window in the sequence is the two sided window showing all the additions and subtractions from the account in question.
